Fans of Beyonce will like this workout as her post-baby figure can be attributed in part to the highly targeted exercise it offers. I think my husband might be on to something when he says I should get in on the action. I can fit a few of these moves into my day and hopefully before long I'll look exactly like Beyonce! I won't need weights as I have 2.4 stone of pre-schooler and 1.12 stone of toddler to use and they will think it's just part of the daily rough and tumble they love so much.
It's been a while since I've tried a squat or a lunge and my post c section balance isn't all that great. I'll let you know whether I end up with a black eye or a bottom like Beyonce.
